Cloud Macs built as verifiable engineering resources
SoarMac provides dedicated physical Apple Silicon Macs on demand for development teams building, testing, running continuous integration and conducting long-running experiments. For short-term work, teams can skip purchasing hardware, arranging rack space and managing ongoing operations, and get started with a clearly defined configuration, term and location.

Only clearly listed dedicated physical Macs
SoarMac does not present shared compute as a dedicated resource or list configurations that have not been verified. Every order corresponds to a dedicated physical Mac on an Apple Silicon physical node, not a virtual machine. The model, memory, storage, term, location and add-ons are listed before confirmation.

All three models are available by the day, week, month or quarter, with optional +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD or Thunderbolt 5 parallel expansion. Actual availability is returned live by the console; configurations outside the catalog are not offered for ordering.
Four locations, one consistent catalog
The current catalog fully covers Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Hong Kong. All three models are normally available to order in each location. We do not show places outside the catalog or present potential future expansions as current capabilities.

Every commitment has a place where it can be verified
We break service quality into things development teams can actually check instead of replacing reproducible delivery with vague performance claims. Configurations, pricing, status, procedures and issue records are each handled by the relevant page or console.
Configurations are verifiable
The chip, memory, system drive and additional storage are listed item by item in the plan and order confirmation. You can verify them again after delivery instead of guessing at the actual resources behind a vague “high performance” label.
Pricing is transparent
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly prices, along with add-ons, are listed separately and settled in USD. Before payment, you can see the model, location, term, add-ons and amount due.
Status is trackable
Orders, machines and support requests each retain their own status. Teams can distinguish between awaiting delivery, in progress, awaiting information and completed, rather than receiving a context-free notification.
Processes are reproducible
First delivery, remote connection, CI integration, cache setup and end-of-term cleanup are documented in checklist order. Team members can reproduce the environment through the same process instead of relying on individual memory.
Every issue has a timeline
Questions requiring human judgment are handled through tickets that record the location, time, reproduction steps, actions taken and outcome, making follow-up and team handoffs easier.
The platform handles isolation and delivery; teams handle permissions and the data lifecycle
A dedicated physical Mac reduces the boundaries of shared resources, but it does not replace project-level access governance. A secure remote workflow requires the platform and the user to fulfill their respective responsibilities.
Defining machine and access boundaries
- Each order maps to a dedicated physical Mac; tasks from other customers are not placed in the same machine environment.
- Delivery information is separated by order, and connection credentials are never displayed publicly.
- Support requests collect only the order, location, time and redacted logs needed to identify the issue.
- Necessary records of access and actions are retained for security verification, troubleshooting and service delivery.
- The term and configuration boundaries are confirmed in the order to keep delivery aligned with the purchase.
Applying least privilege
Assign only the permissions needed by people and automated tasks, and securely store session credentials, deployment keys and signing materials. When access is shared, retain the list of people with access and a record of changes.
Move your data out
Back up source code, build artifacts, experiment checkpoints and business data, and confirm that synchronization completed successfully. Temporary credentials, caches and unused access authorizations should also be removed.
Complete standard processes yourself; route judgment calls to tickets
Place orders, manage machines and check order status in the console. Guides cover repeatable standard processes. When an issue involves a specific order, location or abnormal behavior, route it to human support.
Choose options and place an order
Choose one of the three models, then select the term, location, storage expansion and Thunderbolt 5 parallel configuration. The confirmation page lists the USD amount due and currently available payment gateways.
Start choosing a configurationFollow the guides
First delivery, remote connection, Xcode setup, CI runners, caching, storage and common issues are organized in checklist order. Completing the standard checks first can reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.
Read the engineering guidesProvide the necessary context
For order-related or technical issues, submit a ticket through the console. For general questions, email support@soarmac.com. Include the order number, location, time, reproduction steps and redacted logs.
View contact optionsAll orders are settled in USD. We support USDT-TRC20 and Visa / Mastercard / Amex via Stripe only. Actual gateway availability is determined by the backend response.
All four locations operate normally 365 days a year with no scheduled shutdowns. Availability targets, incidents and compensation terms are governed by the service terms.
No vague slogans in place of facts about machines, status and billing
SoarMac builds trust through verifiable configurations, clear pricing, trackable delivery status and itemized billing. Check the three models and four locations first, then decide whether to move your current workflow to a cloud Mac.
